Re: Bangladesh 20/20s
I'm thinking they will probably go with this: Marumani Ervine Bennett Williams Raza Burl Madande Jongwe Wellington Ngarava Muzarabani Personally I would like to see Bennett opening with Ervine and slot Campbell in at No. 4 with Willo at 3. I'll surely prefer to have Jongwe in the side, Wellington's ...

Re: Bangladesh 20/20s
Yeah I must say Akram is a poor selection as well, totally forgot about him. Would much rather invest in a younger bowler, I don't know why they keep selecting Faraz, he doesn't look threatening at all, he is not young, he doesn't bring much to the table. Yeah that's three poor selections.

Re: Bangladesh 20/20s
They have announced the Squad. S Raza F Akram B Bennett R Burl J Campbell C Ervine J Gumbie L Jongwe C Madande T Marumani W Mazakadza B Muzarabani A Ndlovu R Ngarava S Williams Good squad except a couple of spots... Gumbie doesn't make sense in T20s and Marumani - how long a rope should he get? Very...

Re: 2023-2031 FTP news, updates, etc
Disgusting how teams are having to cancel tours because of lack of money and the ICC doesn't do a thing about it.

Re: Raza in IPL
IPL in general is doing good this year. I don't know if it's because SRH is doing well that locals have got more interest, but surely in Hyderabad there is a lot of following. Going by the crowds in the stadiums, except for Gujarat (surprisingly) and Punjab, other stadiums seem to be full house. So ...

Re: 2023-2031 FTP news, updates, etc
Scrapping all the LOIs doesn't make any sense to me. They could have at least retained T20s along with a test.

Re: ZC announce major restructure: Mhishi Committee
An interesting one would be Kirsten. He ticks the boxes and has his Cape Town Academy which ZC could make use of. He has two very good coaches down there. At least one of them could get lucky and go from R10 000 rand a month to $10 000 usd if he was part of his package, a x20 pay increase! The one ...

Re: ZC announce major restructure: Mhishi Committee
Pretty evident that they are struggling to find good nominations. It has been a long time since ZC advertised for a HC position and there aren't even rumours about anyone being in talks.
They might as well have handed it back to Houghton.

Re: Africa Games Final | ZIm vs Namibia
I'm quite certain Oman will pull off at least another win over Namibia. We all saw during the WCQs that Oman are no pushovers, they are a decent associate team and at home they can beat the likes of Namibia. Zimbabwe - Bangladesh series will be huge for Zimbabwe in terms of securing direct WCQ. As o...
