Re: NPL T20 Blast | 2025
That SOGO bowling lineup just ain't it in this format. That's the beauty of T20 cricket. Someone has a good day and any team can be in trouble. Was also impressed with the gladiators overcoming Takaz. That Takashinga bowling lineup is as good as facing the national team.

Re: T20 Africa Qualifiers
Adding Williams is actually overkill unless we are playing Namibia

Re: T20 Africa Qualifiers
Bennett is a great player. He is going to be the associate bully people think Williams was. Not saying he won't do well against the big teams but he is that type of guy you know doesn't respect associate bowling.

Re: Zimbabweans in the UK 2025
Lasting in county cricket until his 30s. That's a great achievement. 2027 will be the year he decides to have an international career or not I think. Doesn't make sense now with all these senior citizens in the team but 2027 will 100% be the year they retire and that will leave massive gaps in the o...

Re: Namibia T20 Series (3 T20s 15th - 18th September 2025)
The positive I can take from this is that our team for the qualifiers almost chooses itself after today's performance. If this had not happened you would have seen some shocking selections during the qualifiers. Only BT and Welly are still on the chopping block but everyone else kind of deserves to ...

Maphosa has talent but is inexperienced. He should have been on that UK tour for example.

I would actually rest Bennett and Maru today. Get BT and Dion to open. Don't want the Namibians having too much of a look at the youngsters before the real thing. We also need to see if BT is up for it. I would also like to see Tony bat up the order. Gwandu in for Richie. We need to test everyone.

Re: Namibia T20 Series (3 T20s 15th - 18th September 2025)
We were shocking with the ball but still won by 30 odd runs. Was closer than it should have been although 30 runs is still a big defeat in this format. I felt like for once they were proactive and moved Burl up the order which made the difference. Took the game away from the Namibians. Credit where...

Re: Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe T20
To be honest judging by how we have played over the last week. I'm not worried about the qualifiers. They are also at home. Despite the defeats they have shown some real fight against a team not as good as England, SA or NZ. We haven't seen the traditional 1 game disaster/collapse yet either. This l...
