Spotfixing in Afg vs Zim series.

Chatara bowls the 46th over starts with a waist high no ball and then bowls 2 more noballs of front foot. This match Gulbodin bowls a waist high noball and then bowls 2 noball of front foot also in over 46th!!!!!!!!!! What are the chances of coincidences? What are the chances of 3 noballs in 1 over?

Re: [Match thread] 1st ODI Afghanistan v Zimbabwe

Just a few thoughts on what I have observed while watching the games so far. Zimbabwe is not showing fight. I don't see emotions or a desire to win. When we play Ireland I usually hate their players and they provoke strong emotions in me, but that is simply not the case with Zimbabwe. They body lang...

Re: [First T20I] Afghanistan v Zimbabwe

I swear this is the worst quality of cricket I have ever seen between two test teams.

Right from the quality of production, quality of graphics, quality of commentary to the actual cricket.

Looks like two village teams.

T20's: 1-1
ODI's: Zim 5 - Afg 0
That's a bold statement considering the fact that you have never won an odi series against Afghanistan. Is this the 4th or 5th attempt? :)

Re: Afghanistan Series: Predictions

Wait rashid won't be playing because he'll be with Adelaide for at least 1-2 t20s. Nabi already back from renegades semi??? If ones out, happy days, if both are we should win for sure. Nabi only played half the BBL. He joined the the team long time ago. Rashid Khan missed the Final of BBL because h...

Re: Afghanistan Series: Predictions

That's where you are mistaken. Shahzad is not just a slogger. His stats in all 3 formats are superior to any other Afghan batsman. If so, thats an instance of where domestic stats don't always tell the story. Having watched the Afghan batsman, I will say this. Nabi looks to me to be most well round...

Re: Afghanistan Series: Predictions

Rahmat Shah is the best Afghanistan batsman imo He is good, but you don't win many games these days scoring 40-50 runs at strike rate of 55. I agree he is the best we have after Shahzad. Shahzad is just a slogger a bit like Solomon Mire. Afghanistan's best batsmen are Nabi and Rehmat. Rashid has po...

Re: Afghanistan Series: Predictions

Interesting thoughts AfghanKhan. What about ihsanulluh at the top of the order? (Monobrow bloke). I watched the sphageeza and it seems like he's the Mire equivalent. He was smacking balls. I hope our boys get up against Afg, but I'm in agreeance that the T20s will be tougher than the ODIs. Is rain ...
