Re: Tour of South Africa Discussion

Mulder, Markram, Andile (in ODI's), Ngidi, Rabada, De Kock and Zubayr Hamza are the future. De Bruyne is also one to watch, though he's started slow. I think there's enough genuine talent coming through to sustain success for SA for quite a while, although my contacts on the ground have said there's...

Re: Christopher Mpofu: How do you evaluate his 14 years international career ?

Well I passed out on the pitch, and woke up in the hospital with a surgeon telling me i'd never bowl again.
It wasn't a great day mate

I’ve had car accidents with a better outcome than that.
Sorry for that.
Literally my leg gave way.
The only way I can describe the sound is like if you twisted bubble wrap, it was awful.

Re: Christopher Mpofu: How do you evaluate his 14 years international career ?

I hope Chatara can recover. He has the skills, sometimes an injury like that does take more than a season to recover from. I did my cruciate, my lateral, my medial and my cartridge in one whilst bowling in 2013, all in one accident...never bowled again due to a lack of confidence. So I will concede...

Re: Christopher Mpofu: How do you evaluate his 14 years international career ?

Chatara is a shadow of what he was back in 2010. He could legit crank it up to 90mph. Even in the CWC 2015 he bowled some zippy spells, not anymore though. Needs to run in and bend his back. Sick of seeing all these slower ball bouncers he tends to bowl in the middle overs, it really annoys me. Run ...

Re: [Match Thread] Crocodile vs Chamisa, Zimbabwe Election Showdown 2018

It looks like Zanu-PF pulled the rabbit out of the hat yet again ! What a shock! It's like they left themselves 36 runs from the final over and the Croc smacked 6 consecutive Mugabe Maximums! And what makes it worse, we know it was rigged and we can't do anything about it. Zimbabwe will neve...

Re: Prosper Utseya - The man, the myth, the bottom feeder?

Fucking hell tell me about it. Lord Butcher is in full flow in that book.    You've read it haven't you, BRM? He really does go on about the wining and dining of Harare so much. Every chapter has at least 5 pages of his drinking escapades. And he slags off Signature, the best p...

Re: Prosper Utseya - The man, the myth, the bottom feeder?

It’s also proven that Utseya was supposed to be dropped numerous times but was saved by Makoni the cock sucker. Alan Butcher said as much in his book I remember reading in his book that he called Andy Waller, Kevin Curran, Wayne James and Robin Brown the professors of negativity, and that Makoni ne...
