Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

You're assuming quite a lot there Kriterion In the end of the day India were very competitive in South Africa and won a Test, I can't see South Africa doing the same in India especially without AB. South Africa got shown up in England as well, so I really don't think they have any claims to being t...

Rashid and co finding Test cricket a bit harder than the t20 stuff.

What's the pitch like ??
Pitch has been turning. Rashid in particular was getting his googly to really turn sharply.

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

Yeah minus AB, SA's batting is going to be a lot weaker. Amla is not what he was. You're right. India is pretty much the only decent batting side you'd have to say. Will be interesting to see how they do in England. If they fail, it means every team can only bat either at home or on flat tracks. In...

Re: [News] Zimbabwe Cricket holds crunch talks with players over salaries

Reports are saying the guys will be back for Friday's games. Just like everybody predicted. What was the point of missing all those games then? What a waste of precious playing time. 2 weeks before the tri-series Yeah makes no sense. Unless they felt that this was the only way to get the payment th...

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

South Africa aren't that much better than Australia at batting IMO, they're just lucky they don't have to face their own bowlers lol Losing AB hurts them a lot, he was their best batsman, you can't replace a guy like him over night. Don't be surprised to see Markram move down the order to bat @ 4 i...

Ahmadi, Afsar, Yamin, Wafadar...4 Test specialists in the XI. 5 if you include Hashmatullah.

Re: Ireland and Afghanistan Test Watch (2018-2023)

I concur with Jaybro. The Afghans will score 500 across both innings no matter how flat the pitch. Unless they play some of their domestic guys who's stats look promising. But then again, how strong is the AFG first class league? Afghans will have a chance on a rank turner, but the Indians would be...

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

If Afghanistan can find 6 good batsman they'll beat anyone on their day They have 1 in Rahmat but they need a few more Apart from India and maybe South Africa, I can't think of a team that has 6 "good" batsmen. Hehe. Nabi is good tho. In fact I think he's just as good as Rahmat. Part of the reason ...
