Re: First unofficial Test : ZimbabweA vs South africaA

We can keep harping about all the "history" of ZC and their handling of the players etc. But it is difficult to find much fault in general with them in the last few months. Despite the COVID situation, they have managed to arrange regular cricket - both domestically and for the national side, and n...

Re: 2nd Test | Zimbabwe V/s Pakistan | Harare

We shouldn't be judging this side in these circumstances. Its really sad to see some of our younger players being brought into test cricket in these conditions. BT is taking the burden here which is unfortunate in an extremely weak team. Inexperience really cosy us today. 341/7 and we have them decl...

Re: ZC Corruption Scandal - Heath Streak

Streak made a mistake, just like Amir did and just like Steve Smith did. Streak has received his punishment and will have to live with his decision. The difference here is that Streak is white and from the old Zimbabwe guard. The black board and media are unprofessionally celebrating this as some so...

Re: Predict the T20 & Test Squads Vs Pak

Chamu playing is just an insult to all decent zim cricketers. Let alone giving him the band after his deleted tweet. That did not display any leadership whatsoever. Id prefer a big strong hitter like zhuwao taking his spot at the top. You need Marumani after his showing and actually Chari as much as...

Re: Match Thread: Afghanistan v Zimbabwe 1st Test (2nd-6th March)

It's a bit of a weird win for me because it was almost so easy that there wasn't time to learn very much. Takeaways for me: 1. Sean Williams is class and well capable of leading Zimbabwe at this level; 2. Muzarabani and Nyauchi look like test-capable seamers. 3. I think this 8 + 3 lineup can work, ...

Re: THE RETURN OF GRAEME CREMER

I think for ODI and t20 cricket yes plan ahead look to the future. But in Test cricket you never think too far ahead, especially for Zimbabwe where any Test match they play is so special and rare. Winning the next Test match is always the most important thing, so if all of your best players are 35,...

Re: State of SA

What is this South African attack? is this the moment when the downfall starts to accelerate? I am amazed if Sipamla is in the top 10 pacers in the country let along opening the bowling. Easily the worst bowling attack South Africa have fielded since readmission. I can’t comment specifically on thi...

As much as i love the Williams sweep...far to regularly he has become unstuck by it. To make it in your list id go with players who don't get out by it so often haha.

Re: THE RETURN OF GRAEME CREMER

I reckon you're clutching at straws but I guess its cool to speculate.

With his new role in the academy i am sute he is doing just fine. In his recent podcast with Dean br plessis he said he was happy with life in Dubai. So for now I'll go with no.

There is always tomorrow though!
