Re: Financial losses mar Zimbabwe's Test return

="Boundary"]ZC will do well to invest in two video cameras to cover the two games each week, then post a video highlights package on their website. Get player interviews while you're at it, offer analysis if you can. In America, the NHL, for instance has their own tv network for highlights, analysi...

Re: Financial losses mar Zimbabwe's Test return

http://www.espncricinfo.com/zimbabwe-v-bangladesh-2011/content/current/story/526773.html The board is aware of the problem and Bvute said that they "hope to be able to pay all our players as soon as we can". Wicketkeeper Tatenda Taibu raised the issue of no national contracts and the ZC have said t...

"The idea ...

Re: Raza wants to play for Zimbabwe

The sport commision must look into this,A Campbell needs to answer why is he allowing british passport holders play for zim,and not only him but Chingoka and Bvute as well. Why? South Africans play for England & Ireland (cricket), ZImbabweans play for South Africa and Australia (rugby union) - it's...

Re: Raza wants to play for Zimbabwe

Have they changed the citizenship rules lately? As far as I was aware, if you were so much as eligible for the citizenship of another country, you couldn't claim Zim citizenship, even if you were born there. Raza would presumably have Pakistani citizenship. I mention that only as citizenship is men...

Re: [Match Thread] 1st ODI (South Africa v Zimbabwe)

Agreed . Dabengwa did not justify his inclusion in the squad with both bat and ball . I mean for crying out loud, okay he scored 12 off 3 balls. Wupty doo !! His offspin is poor, and i've seen him field and he's not of international class He is ordinary club cricketer like many others in the squad....

Re: [Match Thread] 1st 'A' Test (Zimbabwe v New Zealand)

Current partnership 124 runs, 18.2 overs, RR: 6.76 Ouch. NZ A making Zim A look terrible. I'm not sure if it's bad bowling or good batting, but you'd have to consider bowling an ultra-defensive line with a defensive field set just to stop the bleeding - even for a few overs. Picking such an inexper...
