Re: Ireland and Afghanistan Test Watch (2018-2023)

Afghanistan have done a decent job of pulling this back

They'll learn a lot from this if they continue to play more Tests.

I feel they'll invite Zimbabwe over to the North of India for a Test or two, as they'll fancy their chances

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

You're assuming quite a lot there Kriterion In the end of the day India were very competitive in South Africa and won a Test, I can't see South Africa doing the same in India especially without AB. South Africa got shown up in England as well, so I really don't think they have any claims to being th...

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

Yeah minus AB, SA's batting is going to be a lot weaker. Amla is not what he was. You're right. India is pretty much the only decent batting side you'd have to say. Will be interesting to see how they do in England. If they fail, it means every team can only bat either at home or on flat tracks. In...

Re: Ireland and Afghanistan Test Watch (2018-2023)

I concur with Jaybro. The Afghans will score 500 across both innings no matter how flat the pitch. Unless they play some of their domestic guys who's stats look promising. But then again, how strong is the AFG first class league? Afghans will have a chance on a rank turner, but the Indians would be...

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

South Africa aren't that much better than Australia at batting IMO, they're just lucky they don't have to face their own bowlers lol Losing AB hurts them a lot, he was their best batsman, you can't replace a guy like him over night. Don't be surprised to see Markram move down the order to bat @ 4 in...

Re: Ireland and Afghanistan Test Watch (2018-2023)

Afghanistan need a rank turner to be any chance in this Test match. The shorter the game the more chance of an upset. If it's a road of a wicket than India will bat them out of it, the Afghan guys will get themselves out. The only way I can see Afghanistan win is if it's one of those games where nei...

Re: Bangladesh Watch 2015-2019

If Afghanistan can find 6 good batsman they'll beat anyone on their day

They have 1 in Rahmat but they need a few more

Re: Domestic T20 Competition 2018, Match 2 : Chairman's XI V/s Select XI

Since I've followed ZC it's been all bad news with little glimpses of hope every so often. At times the cracks have been papered over but only for so long. I feel for the players, we can be harsh on them for under performing but when you have to deal with this crap your entire career it's hard to ge...

Re: Sam Curran called up for England

Any of our guys look good once they're going I refer to the following innings Hami: 111 v Sr Lanka 2017 - IMO the most fluent I've seen Hami, he looked as though he could hit any ball he chose to the boundary especially early in his innings. http://www.espncricinfo.com/series/11146/scorecard/1104480...
