Re: Is the current (Test) side the strongest since 2004?

Chatara is a huge loss plus also having Mumba, Shingi & Panyangara not available for one reason or another leaves our pace attack pretty weak.

Batting wise very strong

Re: Series Predictions

Probably the first time ever ZIM have entered a Test match as the more experienced side. Objective will be to compete, compete, compete. Hopefully the umpires don't serve up the customary shocker per series. Zimbabwe actually had a very experienced side back in the day especially compared to Bangla...

What's this obsession with Cartwright? He legit looks like a club cricketer. Doesn't get anywhere near my starting XI
I wouldn’t be knocking back a bloke who averages 50 in Sheffield Sheild Sloan

The boy can bat he just needs a decent gonin the side

Re: Others to potentially target

The one we really need is Tochukwu Enwerem! Left arm fast. http://www.cosmoscricket.ca/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/ND3_6342.jpg If he is still in touch with cricket.... You can imagine if more Nigerians played cricket. They would be greater than the West Indians. :) Who is this dude ?? Looks like he...

Re: Time for selectors to consider the racial balance of the team

So when you see injustice you lock a thread ? This isn't what ZCF is about. Watermelon epitomizes what is wrong with Africa I didn’t see anyone complaint in 2013 when Zimbabwe played Pakistan with 9 blacks or against Ireland in 2008 when the whole side was black ?? The words ‘quota’ and ‘equality’ ...

Re: Eddie Byrom FC debut for Somerset

I'm just happy he's back playing in Zimbabwe and being given exposure. Ok he may not be having national ambitions just yet, but it appears that ZC (or Taibu) are clearly starting to get to grips with the fact that in kids like Welch, Byrom and a couple of others they missed a big opportunity, and t...

Re: Eddie Byrom FC debut for Somerset

Byrom is currently signed as a local player

Once he makes himself available for Zimbabwe ( or maybe a better is ‘if’ ) he would become an overseas player which would void his contract
