They lost Queens previously, so not really an upset. Amakhosi aren't bad. Without the national or A-team players, that Takaz side really wasn't all that strong.

Re: 2023-2031 FTP news, updates, etc
There will be Sogo games on 10.10 and 11.10 That will clear all these speculation and exucuses. In fact... Two rangers games on the 10th... Nothing at the weekend. If anything, that schedule would seem to confirm that they are trying to avoid the 11th and 12th. Very odd that the league at this leve...

Re: T20 Africa Qualifiers
Just wondering how long BT will carry on. He really struggled with his fitness. And with keeping it really doesn't look good. People retire early for a reason more so with the body giving up on you. Hopefully a franchise season will see him regain some match fitness... (or it might finish him off...)

Re: NPL T20 Blast | 2025
Chirwa has been in fantastic form hope is carries onto into the first class season. Have they done anything to correct his action or we have another Roy Kaia case. It doesn't look horrible when I've seen it on streams over the last couple of years. Remember, his issues were a long time ago, when he...

Quite funny that the English saw big old Mike Chinouya on the team sheet, took one look at the deck, and then thought better of it  Probably had a nice afternoon on either the neighbouring golf course or in the bar instead Pretty embarrassing though really. That's a First Class ground, against...

Re: NPL T20 Blast | 2025
All happening today.
Both Takaz teams lose. Rimuka probably nailing down a play-off spot, with Chirwa having another brilliant all round game, and an upset win for Queens.
Then both Burl and Frost toning up for Rangers. Feels like this franchise season could be a big one for Frost and Chirwa.

Re: T20 Africa Qualifiers
The difficulty is that numbers 6 and 7 in a T20 team are a) pretty specialist roles, and b) incredibly hard roles to do successfully on a consistent basis. You can absolutely guarantee that Welch wouldn't fancy number 7 (why would he, he's batted top 3/4 in all the cricket he's ever played), and tha...
