Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

It's disappointing but no doubt a deal has been struck. As a coach when u need a message to get to the batsmen and the messenger doesn't run on immediately with the obligatory gloves or water bottle surely u react forthwith by sending out someone else? It's T20 and things are unfolding fast. If u si...

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

I told u guys what happened, he grabbed Mushangwe (there...said his name since it's now out in the open) by the throat and tried to kick/knee him in the family jewels. Why don't u believe me? Zimbabwe coaches are chokers! It's not funny though. If they smooth this over it's just another black/white ...

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

@Conant. No worries.
We all have different opinions and like it or not, all have varying degrees of racial bias. We come from different backgrounds and have all been subjected to racial crap in one way or the other. The trick is not to get rabies about it.

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

I know this is difficult for some to understand, but racism is not the motivating action behind everything in life. ... but it is a big part of a Zimbo's consciousness (particularly amoung those with economic and/or political power) ... as Googly himself has attested on numerous occasions. I'm sure...

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

The whole point is that you can actually stop the migration. With careful planning from grass roots upwards and the right people at the helm you can have a world class team in the not too distant future. The problem is that some painful changes are required, and really soon. I'm happy for the guys c...

Besides going to HSC and Queens of course! :D Go to Busters for a drink and loudly proclaim u are from harare, that should spice up your day. Make sure your medical is up to date! Or go tp HSC and take a pic of Bob's guards as you...

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

Oh, and on the upside I heard (this is only a rumor!!) that India may yet come, and if they don't, will compensate ZC to the tune of around $6 mill!! Obviously the folk that have cricket at heart would like to see them here, even with a second string side (and a couple of stars), but sure that there...

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

I am there at the grounds watching all the matches, being Harare based we only got to see the Tests unfortunately. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than watching a Zim cricket team win, and it's a rare event. What I particularly enjoy is watching the black crowd really get so into it and defy a bit...

Re: Has Mangongo cooked his goose?

Conant, u really have got issues. Firstly why would I invent something with such far reaching consequences? Secondly I was told the guy's name but felt it inappropriate to mention him. The real truth may never come out because it's going to be in a few people's interests, and possibly even Zim crick...
