Re: Can Zimbabwe beat Sri Lanka in the test?

The main issue I find with Tary's batting is he likes to hit the ball in the air a lot, batting st the top in odi cricket this isn't as much of an issue but in test cricket it's a big No No ...... But Burl doesn't hit the ball anywhere? :? B - Is M'shangwe a better spin option than Waller or Willia...

Re: Can Zimbabwe beat Sri Lanka in the test?

Zimbabwe have bossed, then beaten a Pakistan side that had Younis, Misbah, Ali, Shafiq, Ajmal and Rehman. But they had fifers in both innings (Vitori and Chatara, with Chatara and Hamilton's control with the ball deflating them). The personnel to even remotel challenge Sri Lanka is not there. Neithe...

Re: congrats Zim fans!

Just two lines! Very unKriterion! A bit jealous?

I sense a little bit of that. Now we know why the BCB doesn't want to tour ZImbabwe!

If anybody doubts it - simply point to the 2-3 for ZIM in Sri Lanka!

Re: Preferred Zimbabwe Cricket - Horrendous Zimbabwe

Weeks ago a wrote a comment which in the main attacked the team and certain members for their performances. As expected some agreed, but most disagreed. Having gone through a lot of the posts in the forums, it's clear that even those in agreement shared similar sentiments. Calls for Chisoro abound, ...

Re: [Match Thread] 4th ODI: SL vs ZIM

If this team gets Brendan Taylor, Brian Vitori and probably one allrounder, then they are surely qualifying for the ICC World Cup 2019 in UK Taylor did ok for Notts in their One Day competition so he won't get the sack as he feared. Which means he'll stay there. Even if he were to come, the only th...

Re: [Match Thread] 4th ODI: SL vs ZIM

I will admit after the Afghanistan defeat and the drawn series with Scotland I was a little concerned for Heath streak I mean muhkulhini or however it's pronounced has sacked whatmore for less Indeed, and rightfully so. If Sri lanka had blanked Zimbabwe in the ODI series, then fo course Streak was ...

Re: Preferred Zimbabwe Cricket - Horrendous Zimbabwe

Think that was an early morning for me Jemisi . Thanks for the greetings and welcome messages. So before Irish lightning strikes… Not sure if that’s tongue-in-cheek BRM , but in all seriousness the team has really regressed badly. The period under which the supposed improvements have taken place hav...

Preferred Zimbabwe Cricket - Horrendous Zimbabwe

No more Bvute, Chingoka, Mukondiwa and Mangongo. The ICC and the old order of Zimbabwe Cricket Union now have their man from the ICC. Still, with that combination of Administrators, Head Coach and Players, the rot has well and truly set in. The severity of the gangrene is such that amputation is ine...
