IPL is endorsed by all the cricket boards. Players become automatically unavailable for their Indian teams if they have international duties.
ICL is another story though.

Re: How fast do the Zimbabwean "quicks" bowl?
You dont need pace to be successful, Glenn McGrath proved that. If you have a good line and length, your still just as hard to hit as someone with pace. This is correct, however, even McGrath bowled quicker than all the current Zimbabwean bowlers, and he's famous for his lack of pace! McGrath did a...

Re: Series thread - MTN Domestic Championship
Don't know how to feel about those two wickets. On one hand, letting an inexperienced batting allrounder dictate terms with the ball after such a great start is obviously terrible, but on the other hand, it could well be signs that the pitch is slow and/or turning, which is obviously good for Price ...

Re: ZIM UNDER19 SQUAD
Looking at the 2006 squad, one player who I recall was well spoken of was Kudakwashe Samunderu, is he still around or is he another one who has been lost to Zim cricket ? I remember him. He was on the verge of the national team. Didn't hear anything about him last year though, so looks as though he...

Re: Series thread - MTN Domestic Championship
Not related to this game, but I thought I'd let you know that SuperSport 2 are showing our match on the 19th against the Lions. TenSports will more than likely take the feed as they seem to taking all the SuperSport MTN series coverage, which is quite good because you access TenSports at any time he...

Mahwire doing a great job with the bat at present. Real captain's knock. 31 to win with 2 wickets in hand; Mahwire 20*.

Re: Keith Dabengwa
Yeah, as I said before, there's not a long wrong with Dabengwa being selected as a batsman. If we want a specialist #8 batsman, he's the man, for sure. The problem is, we'd be much better served with a bowler. If a batsman in the top 7 is injured, I have no qualms with Dabengwa slipping in there, bu...

Re: Match Thread: Griqualand West v Zim Provinces
He had an excellent Logan Cup and he's done well in this tournament too. I don't think anyone really knows much about him, though. It'd be interesting to find out what sort of pace he bowled at. His economy rate suggests he is quite the accuracy merchant.
190 to win as Mahwire takes the last wicket.
