Re: Terry Duffin to return to Zimbabwe
Great news indeed. I must say, though, that I'm more excited about the prospect of Ewing. With the proper leadership and structure I really think he could have gone on to become a world class player. Does anyone know where he's actually playing? I'm genuinely surprised he hasn't popped up in a First...

Going to wait until the squads are announced. Really looking forward to this though.. is there a provisional schedule or something anywhere? I'd be really interested in finding out how many games there will be.

Re: [Series Thread] Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
I still don't think he's a number three by any stretch of the imagination on anything other than complete roads. He's not anywhere near good enough against the quicks for that; I'm sure we'll find this out the hard way. That said, he's proven here that he deserves a run in the side. compared to the...

If you only pick three specialist bowlers, you need a bit more than par, though.zimfan1 wrote:need to keep wickets in hand here and set it up for Chigumbura again 270 is a good score as think this track is a little slower and a little drier and will help the spinners more

Re: [Series Thread] Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
somebody ban these bangla players.........  so much of noice pollution Yeah it's annoying, but tolerable IMO. What I really can't stand is when their commentator gets excited though... he makes reasonable comments but his tone and general sound is awful for someone being paid to do suc...

Re: [Series Thread] Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh
Coventry needs to go on with it here. Quick 50s at #3 against Bangladesh are not good enough. Williams is the perfect partner for him too; he really needs to stand up and get a ton.

Re: Barney Rogers' parents attacked
Even though it's clearly not the point, I definitely think Roebuck has been a bit harsh on Rogers in that article. He played a few ODIs when Zimbabwe were at close to "full strength" and he certainly had his moments in them too. Despite not scoring many in the Tests he played, he looks pretty compet...
