Re: Eagles T20 Squad
If Ian Nicolson has ever bowled 88mph i will fly to Harare from Hong Kong and streak in the upcoming T20 series next weekend. :D :D I thought you missed a verb in this sentence - "meet". Shouldn't it read "If Ian Nicolson has ever bowled 88mph i will fly to Harare from Hong Kong and meet streak in ...

Re: Eagles T20 Squad
Scorecard for the second Eagles Vs Kenya game: http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/current/match/540218.html Eagles winning by 2 wickets against the Kenyans. Not very convincing by the Eagles in these two matches. Considering the inexperience of the Kenyans, they should have ideally steamrolled th...

Re: [Series Thread] ICC Women's World Cup Qualifiers
We are taking on SL today. SL won the toss elected to bat, but the match has been delayed due to wet outfield. Once the match starts, If we can use the conditions to snap them up quickly, then have a good chance today. Cricinfo match thread: http://www.espncricinfo.com/womens-world-cup-qualfier-2011...

Re: [Match Thread] Tuskers v Rhinos (Logan Cup)
Excellent sporting declarartion by the Tuskers, but the reality is, they don't have the firepower to skittle Rhinos on the 4th day morning to set up an unlikely victory chance. In the absence of Meth and Mpofu, they are only relying on Querl and Ncube to run through the side, which they have tried t...

Re: There's hope for Williams yet
Flower Power , The reason for me prefering Williams over Mutizwa is that I feel the ceiling is much higher with Williams. Mutizwa may go on to be a succesful cricketer - I hope he does- but I think Williams has the potential to be an outstanding batsman. I agree with you that he shouldn't just stro...

Re: [Match Thread] Tuskers v Rhinos (Logan Cup)
Can't believe the way bowling was handled by the Tuskers. Dabengwa bowled 34 overs on day 1! Not as if he is a world class spinner who can run through sides. Bad selection as well, Nyumbu or Staddon over Mamhiyo would have definitely added more teeth to the attck in the absence of Meth.
