Re: Utseya Resigns - Elton Chigumbura New Captain
Utseya has been a good servant to ZimCricket. I hope he will continue doing so. Chigumbura as captain is a half good decision becoz in most cases he is our match winner and this adds another dimesion to his game. But since he does it goood for the Eagles I hope he can be a good leader for the Nation...

Re: [Match Thread] Australia v Zimbabwe (T20 Warmup)
Okay so we got the result but can we really built from here: 1. Masakadza and Chibhabha should be left to open the batting. 2. Coventry should make way for another player perhaps Blignuat is a better option from the players currently on tour. * Barring any injuries Tatende Taibu is not a no. 10 batm...

Re: Butcher and Utseya Interveiw
Couldnt agree more this boy Craig Ervine looks very special. Lets hope he exceeds his brother's performances for Zim. Had my doubts over him but he could be the next best thing in ZimCricket.sloandog wrote:Sounds like Craig Ervine is living up to his high expectations

Re: [Match Thread] West Indies 'A' v Zimbabwe (4-day match)
Maybe it's just me I don't know, but I thought that scoring 194* in an ODI outlines the class of a batsmen. He may have had a poor run in the T20 Domestic Tournament, but like is said, on his day the man is mesmerizing !! And ay, read the post man, I said the fact was that he's one of the strongest...

Re: [Match Thread] West Indies 'A' v Zimbabwe (2nd Twenty20)
Zimbabwe really letting us down. Now it seems they is more hype in the built up to these matches than the actual match which leaves one totally confused as to in which direction Zimcricket is really going. But alas the more games we play the more these fellas learn what the do wrong and I hope how t...

Re: [Match Thread] West Indies 'A' v Zimbabwe (4-day match)
The top order is surely letting the team down and Charles Coventry is a load of !@#23. We keep him in the team and the dude is hopeless lets face it. The are better players who are able to replace him Mutizwa, Mawoyo, Chikabva to mension a few. I think all these guys can do better than him. I say h...

Re: ICC World Twenty20 Warm-up Matches
Give me any team any day. All I really wanna see is Zim playing against the best in the world thats the only way we are going to improve. We are part of the world class of this elite sport so the more we play teams like Ozzie and Pakistan the better.
