Well they've got 3 good bats. O'Dowd, Ackermann and the guy that got that beautiful 100. Their captain is decent as well.
Agree, 4 including the captain who is a very well organized batter.

Needs to get the wicket of Colin Ackermann early. He's the best batter in this Netherlands XI.

Blessing Muzarabani strikes. :W:

One should give the new ball to the premium bowler in order to push the opposition into the back foot immediately by picking early wickets.

I have never seen a keeper drop a catch like that in an international. Not that I remember.
Kamran Akmal used to drop some sitters in the past. In the meanwhile, the openers look too comfortable for our liking.

Chatara has served Zimbabwe well. But now have completely lost it. 3 boundaries in an over.

Chatara and Ngarava have opened the bowling. Blessing Muzarabani didn't.

[Match Thread] Zimbabwe v Netherlands, 3rd ODI, Harare, 25 Mar 2023

Netherlands won the toss and batting. Mavuta and Ngarava are in for Wellington and Evans. Surprising XI. Chatara is playing and no Evans ! No Innocent. No Wellington which is a surprise too unless injured. Barresi and Aryan are in for Cooper and Klein. I guess Cooper is injured ? Still no VD Merwe. ...

Ervine's captaincy is going to cost us at the worst moment this year. I'm sure of it
Me too
Raza and Williams should have been selected to captain more the ODI & T20I side in the past to be fair. I like them as captain more than Craig.

Re: Regis Chakabva moves to Australia

What prompted this? Curious to know whether he will want to stick around or go completely out of picture. But I mean the way you said ut made me think there was some news or something? Or a scorecard popped up Old story, had a read and wanted to know more https://www.newsday.co.zw/thestandard/sport...
