Over 30s are getting picked in A squad :o Its looks like Zimbabwe National Team :D
Well according to you A teams are even better than national teams, so why all the surprise?

Its about India A not Zimbabwe A, as if there is a similarity between the two :) :)

Before we get into too much head scratching about selection, is this ZRSCA idea actually happening? if it is then players that should have been selected for the Namibia matches will be with ZRSCA and some players, Kunje and Burl included, are already (supposedly) playing for clubs in England, are they to be expected to rip up their contracts and walk away to play a few games against Namibia? if the answer to that is yes they should walk away, then no English club is going to contract Zim players in the future

Chakabva out cheaply as well while Chibhabha and Raza are managing barely 3 an over AND we've still got old Innocent 'Lightning' Kaia to come, it's all enough to make you weep

Exciting update : Chibhabha out now for a 79 ball 40 while Raza is now opening his shoulders to reach, sorry make that was opening his shoulders, for a 63 ball 26, it's getting nose bleedingly exciting now ........

cricinfo showing that the game hasn't even got List A status

Another exciting update : Lightning Kaia seems to have been put back in the team bag and Maruma produced instead, pretty dire when even Namibia feel so sorry for you they let you change the team mid-game. Now 136-5 from 40 overs, hopefully heavy snowfall may yet intervene

Well it's finally happened and Maruma and Moor have realised the point of batting, 115 in 15 overs has at least made the final 236-6 look somewhere near reasonable, a bit nasty of Namibia not to bring their wicketkeeper and physio on to bowl though ......

Selectors are not comming out of their old system of persisting with failures. A team playing against Namibia, need to give chances to players like Kunje, Ndolovu instead of biggest failure like Chari

If Zimbabwe A fails to pull off this match, it will be the biggest shame as Namibia is one of the weakest associates and Zim A playing with 10 international experienced players except Nathan Waller.
Robo to rule
