It's a poor performance from Zimbabwe. Lets look at the posatives (if any). Our opening bowlers look like they have some good gas in their bowling. Chitara bowled 83mph, Price 82mph, and Waller i saw bowl 80-81 mph. Nurture these bowlers and we could have som good fast men for the future. Nathan Waller, although he only scored 10, looked the most comfortable batsmen by far. How good was that lofted rive he played ?? :o Sign of a real class act and one for the future. I finally saw Callum Price bowl, he lived up to my expectation in all honesty; he swung the ball and looks like he can bowl fairly sharpish. Dyaln Higgins had a meek game, as did Pete Moor who needs to improve his form dramatically as this boy was tipped to be the next best batsmen for Zimbabwe. :|
Thanks for putting the highlights up Zimfan1 :D

Thanks for the link zimfan1, and yes, that lofted straight drive of Nathan Waller had class written all over it. Shot of the day, by far. His bowling action too looked very smooth. He is already looking more talented than Malcolm :)

Yeah it's a very good analasis CrimsonAvenger. His action was strong and he stayed tall at the crease, enabling him to hit the deck. Somebody like Chris Mpofu could look at Waller and learn a lot, as he's about the same height, only he doesn't utilise it. If there was a slight criticism of the young man, it'd be that his pace dropped hugly as the match went on. For example Callum Price was consistantly around the 79-82mph mark. Waller on the other hand, varied from 81mph, down to 70mph. If he just gets that consistancy in pace then he could be a handful in the future. But that's not to take anything away from the young man as he was the stand out player by far today for Zimbabwe. Hope to see him soon in a red top representing his country at the highest level. :)

Tendai Chitara looks the best bowling prospect he is the tallest, fastest and has the smoothest approach and delivery.
