"He dabbed it to left of backward point ...and reaches his 2nd ODI ton." A day which is reminding the world that Zimbabwe could still be a formidable force. The Asian's thrashing is achieved with ridiculous ease as BT sizzles. Well done mate

My FB status says it all.
Taking adversity by the horns, Chigumbura's men are buzzing in Harare. They are dishing out a vibrant brand of cricket underlined by self-beleif. After India, SL are thrashed with ridiculous ease as Brendan Taylor slammed hundred. World please take a bow.

I love this guy and his painstaking effortsBryan Morton: "For those of us who have continued to support Zim through the hard times - *this* is the payback. Hugely proud of the guys for the way they've performed this series."

What's left to say?
Great bowling performance, those first few overs by Chigumbura and Chibhabha aside. It took a really special effort to drag Sri Lanka back into line after their good start. Can't fault the performances of Mpofu, Cremer, Utseya and Price. Even Masakadza chipped in, I liked his "just married" shirt
As for the batting, absolutely sublime. Brendan Taylor played beautifully, anchoring the innings but still achieving a strike rate of above 80. Magnificent stuff, I missed his first century so I'm glad I had the chance to watch this one. Chibhabha played nicely as well, and Taibu at the end too.
Tough decisions for the final. Both Chibhabha and Mpofu played well, but Blignaut is almost a certainty for the next match after his bowling performance against India and Lamb has bowled well this series too.
