It's bad enough that Murphy preferred to lecture in SA varsity and Friend is sweating it out for Castletown in between flights! It bears disrespect for Zim cricket. This is more than just a hobby. They are all entilted to their careers and no one wil begrudge them for pursuing them, but cricket - more so international cricket, is a career in itself. These guys would've had more than just a look in for the national side and domestically we would be a much better league with them part of it. The likes of Kenya, Canada & Bermuda included, I can think of no other nation whose cricketers have such a low regard for their nation's cricket, let alone the game itself if you think about it, than some of our very own! Why go into the game in the first place. Either way something must be done to avoid obvious talent fading away from the game with their bundles of talent.
