Someone in the team needs to grab the bull by its horns and be a major player, the star in the team like Sachin or the AB of the team.

Yeah I also agree with Craig Irvine I was impressed with his calmness and solidity at the crease, I wouldnt know about his leadership qualities etc. Definitely for the future. We should actually target people and groom them not spring iup surprises.
