If I'm not mistaken, I would imagine that the Administrator's efforts thus far, have been directed at coordinating this very 'suggestion'. However frail/strong, dull/enterprising etc, the final selection might appear, in the end it represents our collective votes which determine the look of our 'ideal test team'.
