The time has come. I would like to see Welch, Wes and K-long come in for Craig, Sean and Gumbie against India. Although Gumbie might be needed to play Craig’s role. Myers has to do a full season to send the right message to young players I think

In theory we have;

2024:
1 Test in Ireland
2 Tests home to Afghanistan

2025:
2 Tests home to Ireland
1 Test in England
2 Tests home to SA
2 Tests home to NZ
2 Tests home to Afghanistan
2 Tests in Bangladesh
Larry first man on the team sheet? Domestic form and all that; 29 at 19.55 in the last Logan Cup :lol: Jimmy Anderson type figures those.

Welch and wes presumably open. Where does bennett go after his 70 opening last game?

Whoever opens, and Bennett has more than earned his spot, is going to have a trial by fire. Even an Indian Z team is going to be tough.
Theyre all tough, every international side has got good bowlers. There's no easy games.
