So get Sibanda back to open partnering masakadza, Taylor at 3 also get Craig ervine back in the side for ODI and 20/20 and we have a nice side without freeloaders like matsikneyeri

Well, close to par, but with our bowling, probably 20 short. Nice efforts from Hami and Elton, welcome power hitting from both. Decent contribution from Taibu.

Coventry should be playing the 20/20's.

Seniors stepping up! Hami and Elton have done extremely well.

That goes to show why Taibu, Hami, Taylor & Elton are part of the furniture and literally undroppable!

Nice to see guys like Waller & Mutizwa being given a chance since our return, but the same reasons why thay couldn't make the side and excel then, are still the same reasons why they're failures now.

Matsi aas our best player in the Stanbic T20. Made to open in the ODIs - not a good thing. Wouldn't if he replaces someone and gets another chance to play because they boy's good!

Looking forward to Vusi's return. Slowly but surely the old mafia will be back together again(Rainsford, Mpofu, Coventry etc) and maybe they'll atone for their shortcomings when they were young and inexperienced! :)

NZ spinners managed 6 an over. Ours should be able to match that. Meth will be key. If he can go for 7 an over a grab a wicket or two rather than 9 or 10, we'll have a shot at it. So long as Shingi and Jarvis can manage 8 an over.

We managed to avoid our traditional top order runout/s. If we got through this innings without dropping a sitter, we could be very grateful.

Meth will go at 15+. This ground too small

Not a bad performance from the batters. It proved that when we play our shorts we can get runs and play good shots. Need to have faith in our ability to bat.

Our tail needs to bulk up a bit. Not only will it give them the ability to hit the ball further, but will help them with their bowling. Getting more bounce and length in there.

One other thing i noticed is just how much support Zim has. We have far too many people who support Zim and who love the country. This is something ZC needs to think about and do all they can to keep them supporting the team and not letting them down with silly management and decisions.

Decent start. Meth has certainly got something about him. The top players just have so much time against him. If he had the same skills at 130, he'd be a much bigger threat.
