Waller's into his 20s, so definitely not.
Matt Williams only recently turned 19, so it depends what the cut-off date for eligibility is - he may just be able to sneak in...

Think he meant young Nathen Waller younger brother of Malcolm who i think is 18/19

I believe the cut-off date for full member teams is September 1, 1990, ie players have to be born after that.

Associate teams are allowed to field players a year older, ie cut-off date for them is September 1, 1989.
