Wouldn't affect the points scored, but would affect the Quotient - ICup's equivalent of Net Run Rate (calculated slightly differently but serves the same purpose if two sides finish on the same number of points). IIRC for 4-day matches follow-on is 150+
Not that it matters now that the Dutch tail has wagged...
