Yeah, he's done it for years now. Will definitely go down as one of the best openers in ODIs, no doubt. He has in fact become a lot more consistent over the years. He's not a good red ball player and the insistence of the Ravi Shastri-led management to force him in is sickening to be honest. Messed up Pujara's progress at some point, delayed the entry of Mayank Agarwal, it had a lot of impact.

Btw great pick grant with Ryan Harris; one of my all time favourite players. I loved everything about Ryhno; his action, his competitive streak & his all-round good guy persona.

Funnily enough when I first saw him bowl he reminded me of Heath Streak with his ‘solid build’ and ‘bustling action’

Harris had a great record in both ODI & Test cricket; but gave up ODI cricket to concentrate of Tests due to his knee issues, this bravery and devotion to the BEST format only made my heart grow fonder, most players would take the easy option & retire from Tests, but not Harris.

Sadly his dodgy knees and a late entry into the national side restricted him to just 27 Tests; but I feel if he played more his name would be up there with Glenn McGrath.

I can understand their insistence in trying to get him into the side; he’s an extraordinary talent and it would be a waste of his test career had been ended prior to the South Africa series where he boosted his numbers.

A player of his talents should be able to be successful in the test arena. I’m not sure opening in England, South Africa or NZ will help him realise these talents though.

I feel he was one of the most underrated bowlers out there.

Hmm Anderson in ODIs? Idk if I'd take him even with the 99th (last) pick in the draft!

Bairstow was a good pick, with him and Buttler grant has some serious firepower in his team.

Maybe he didn’t bother reading the draft criteria and picked his side based on a Test match 😜😜😜
