I enjoyed being able to watch the speed gun and finally have some numbers to place the bowlers' pace

For the bloke who said Meth should build his arms... I had a look at Meth he actually seems to have very built gangly guns... Couldn't be the problem?

I think to generate more pace he would have to make major adjustments to his action. The question is: Would he still be able to swing the ball as much?

If you watch him bowl, he has absolutely no shoulder in his action to generate any meaningful pace.

He bowls a bit like a spinner with a bit of malinga thrown in.

I think he gets his pace (the speed he does get) from his legs. He seems very quick on his feet including his runup

Meth really "puts" the ball there. He never bends his back.
