That’s half a team

What more do you want when six muzungus, three Asians and 50 billion African live in the country
Just FYI that word you always use is pronounced with an R instead of a Z in Zim. Or with a V at the start sometimes. I think I’m Ndebele it’s Umlungu or something.

You’re using the Swahili version.

FYI the word you used means I am. You think you’re Ndebele? How could you not know?

That interesting thing there is how much selection has its favourites.

I know we can talk a lot about the Takashinga influence. Yet the Kaia brothers are two who have never been given a long go at it.
Roy got that captain gig on some emerging tour last year or whenever and is permitted to bowl with his illegal action

True though, both should have played 100 games each by now.

One of the Kaia’s was revealed to hold a central national contract in court during that divorce case that made news.

Would have to have been Innocent (ironic)

I thought that was Chibihaha but obviously wrong.

If not both. They're related to a boss. There's guys in the national side without a contract

It was Roy in that court case. He’s had a central contract for years, hence the A-team captaining.

I think they are second cousins of the Masakadzas or something from memory.

I actually think Innocent never got a proper run in the side, he was in and out quite a lot. He got an ODI century early on and I think could have gone on to be a pretty good player for us. I don’t think his heart was ever in it though - he spends a lot of time in Australia and I think he’s happy enough playing club cricket in Aus and England each year.

The pressure of international cricket if youre not doing well, is immense. Not for everyone.
Innocent is an excellent player, was definitely hard done by.

I felt whenever he was put back in the team it was always for 20/20s.

A much better ODI and test player
