Really should have played the extra batsman here. I knew this would happen. Hopefully Wellington bowls well

long tail killed them in the end, PJ probably should have started farming the strike and look to hit some boundaries.

Should get a nasty little 4 over spell to bowl just before lunch

Well, a very determined effort from Moor, but he probably needed to direct those tail enders a bit better. Don't want to be unfair to him, not much to work with. Some swings would only have got us to 300. The Chakabva fail was the turning point of the morning. Needed him to carry us past the 300.

Gutsy knock from PJ but that was really poor from him at the end. He needed to have a crack and farm the strike more.
BD are notoriously generous. Back when Chakabva scored his 100, it was all in easy singles to long off and long on. Similar story with Sanga getting a triple ton back in 2014. Even today, Moor was getting too many opportunities for singles at the end of the over.

A lot of pressure on these young spinners. Raza may have a lot of work to do.

Im really concerned about Mavuta and Wellington. The Bangladeshi bowlers rarely bowled bad deliveries. These guys need to do the same. Hami as well also has a big role to play because he usually gets defensive very quickly. He needs to attack. We dont have many runs. I actually think Jarvis needs to have a great game for us to have any chance

Yeah, Jarvis has to crack them open.

Needs to make up for his Chari imitation routine just there as well.

5-21 is pretty sickening.

I'm backing Jarvis for a wicket in his first spell. He's been in great form on this tour and I think he is best with the red ball.

Might be more hope than anything though :D
