I know Mashonaland isn't all that strong, but any team with Chigumbura and Mutombodzi (and maybe even Garwe too) should be able to take more than 1 run lead when 179 has been put on the board by a team of rookies.

I guess it also goes to show that if you can get around 180 on the board in a FC match you have at least given your bowlers something to defend.

Musakanda bowling Mashinge at 3rd change??? Mavuta hasn't even bowled yet! Plus they both batted at 7 and 8!

I'm tempted to as ask questions and discuss Shona people rivalry...
Not everything needs to be a conspiracy mate
Considering Musakanda is not stupid, only a conspiracy can explaining batting easily the best player of that u19 group at number 7, and bowling him 3rd change.

Musakanda decided to come in lower this time. Using his authority to good personal effect.

...what a time for Burl to fail! Let's see what the others do.
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

And Blessing doesn't disappoint. Keeps his mate's average intact.
