i simply proved i have a better definition of good than you do. personally i consider a batting average over 40 as being good and over 45 as being excellent. struggling to get to 34 is pathetic.

A batting average over 30 in New Zealand is good. The pitches aren't exactly batting paradises. Colin de Grandhomme is being talked about as a future international for New Zealand. If someone is good enough to be in contention for the New Zealand side they are certainly good enough to play for Zimbabwe.

if you do not know what a chav is then i doubt you are in england.

you are wrong on batting average.

He is a high quality player who is a big loss. However their are plenty of seaming all-rounders in Zim:-

E.Chigumbura
J.Chibhabha
N.Waller
K.Meth
P.Masvaure

Together with the possible return of S.Ervine and/or James Cameron

The need for opening bowlers (Ireland/Panyangara) or Quality opening batsmen (G.Ballance) is greater.
