Hmmm
I just remember two matches where he really struggled and i still feel he's not of international class.
He's not really done anything domestically either to warrant a spot in the side...

Kamungozi has done OK in the ODIs he played for Zimbabwe. But I won't pick him in the preliminary squad.

If he makes himself available then sure thing. I believe he is going to make a decision prior to the world cup whether to commit to Zimbabwe or not

If Sean Ervine does make himself available before the world cup should we let him just walk into the team? Is it ethical to choose him over other guys who have stayed loyal to Zimbabwe? I have always got the sense with Sean that he will only return to play for Zimbabwe if nothing better comes along in the UK or elsewhere. Is this kind of attitude one that we really want in the team?

If it was someone else you may have a point, but Ervine's one of our best, we can't ignore him if he comes back.

Besides, he probably will get good opportunities in England.
