Being considered a native is always a day longer than your ancestors have been there.

That means Kenya can fancy finishing 3rd Or push for a WC spot?

After how many years are we going to see Zimbabwe v Kenya...!!??? It's been Ages!
Just seen the Kenya squad and I'd say Uganda are still stronger on paper.

Kenya have a couple of decent spinners but their pace bowling is weak.

Squad announced

As expected really. Except they’ve gone with Marumani over K-long, which is a bit harsh on him but I think it’s the right decision.

Otherwise as expected. Evans still injured.

How do you know about the Kenyan and Ugandan cricketers? Have you seen them play or do you look at stats?

There's 4 seamers plus a seaming all-rounder in the squad
Chatara, Mumba, Ngarava, Muzarabani and Jongwe.

Surely Blessing and Richie will start? If one has a bad game or gets injured they'll likely swap that guy out for Chatara, although that's not a given, Chats may start?
Jongwe will probably play most of the games as the seaming all rounder, giving us 3 seam options per game.
Mumba is likely to bench most of the games barring something odd happening.
My point being that Mavuta as a decent wrist spinner I think was a bit unlucky not to be included. 5 seamers is surely too many.

Hard to call between K-long and Inno. My pesonal preference if i had to call it is TK because he can win you a game inside 4 overs. Well I've only seen it a couple of times, but it was damned good, he's got something a bit different. I think NW deserves an extended run up front.

Other than those observations there are no surprises
