Wow this is a boring watch. The likes of Akram, Tiripano and Mashinge are unbelievably average bowlers. BAC doesn't help - offers absolutely nothing to seamers these days. The slowest pitch in the country
Wicket 3 seconds after I posted this  Chivanga

I have my concerns about the standard of Logan Cup batsman when Chesa is the 2nd highest wicket taker, he’s bowling trash here today.

Also concerning that Tino Mawoyo thinks a 15-man a side game counts as a first class match ……

Chesa looks poor today but as we've seen with Mavuta, it can take years before real consistency comes with leggies. He's bowled well in the Logan Cup, but need to be patient.

jaybro mate, can you edit the first post and correct the typo in this thread title btw?

Chesa started poorly, could tell he was nervous, he bowled quite a few bad deliveries.

He has got much better as the day has gone on though, plenty of turn at times and a few close deliveries.

It was a great delivery to get Reifer out.

Just needs time to develop, this game will do him a lot of good.

Chivanga went of injured.

Looks like it is Nyauchi, Evans and Ngarvara for the 1st test.

Without Burl, Raza or Williams we don't have a spin allrounder, perhaps this opens the door for Wesley?

Is it injury 😕 or just moving him to the test squad..
Chivanga is the pick of the bowlers so far...
Let's hope Gumbie keeps the 2 inning

So, no Williams, Blessing, Raza and Burl for the first test? We are in deep trouble.

Is Queens the typical slow pitch that might need both Wellington and Mavuta to play?

Wes is in drivers seat to make the XI without the all-rounders surely. And a good gritty knock by Shumba tomorrow (his preferred format anyway) might bring him right into the contention as well.
