Tikolo well done fifty. Chibhabha out for 70. Rocks 151/2. Need 40 from 24 balls. Chimusoro walks in but I fancy "Slug" Sean Ervine will have a big say here...

Here it is! The much awaited Blignaut Blitzkrieg: http://vimeo.com/9453736
Had hard time synchronizing audio and video, so ditched the audio and brought in highlights of his knock. Just so that you won't get bored while watching this 13 min 23 sec video (I'm pretty sure no one will be bored watching Bliggie in action
), I have added a bit of background music: that of a violin duet from Ganesh and Kumaresh, noted Carnatic music exponents, with their depiction of "Rainy Season". It was raining 4s and 6s for sure
Adding this in the photo and video memory thread as well, the place where it should belong

Rocks 189 in 20 overs. Mountaineers win cliffhanger by one run. For me the critical moment came when Steve Tikolo was run out in the 17th over.
This Southern Rocks looks good. Weak bowling line up but I think their strenth lies in their batting. What say, Maehara?

If the match has ended, it must be a heartbreak for the Rocks. Lost by a run! But Chibhabha opening the batting is working...

That was a real nail-biter, even just following the Cricinfo scorecard. Rocks do have some promise, but along with the weak bowling they've got a horribly inconsistent batting lineup. 4-5 of them fire on one day and they can really pile on the runs, but too often it's only 1-2 that get good scores. Scope for them to take a few more scalps before the tourney's over, though...Conant wrote:This Southern Rocks looks good. Weak bowling line up but I think their strenth lies in their batting. Have enjoyed it all so far.Been impressed and agree its made it much more interesting that its so close between every team so far.
looking forward to next Rhinos match tomorrow.Think thats going to be a relying on Cricinfo scorecard tho.
