Re: Zimbabwe Cricket Photo Quiz
This is getting incredibly tough. I'll just throw in Taibu and Mupariwa while I try to figure out the reason. Is it about retiring hurt and coming back much later to incidentally join the batsman who has replaced you when you retired hurt to form a partnership? I'm going crazy thinking about this question. Don't want to check those commentaries for sure.

But Bingo! Taibu is the first name

Try to forget about partnerships, batting partners and such, Crimson. Sometimes there are more players involved in scoring runs.

Nope. Some of us here think the missing player could be a much better batsman than Tinashegrant wrote:Is Panyangara the second one?

The other player has to be one of Shingi / Vitori. I'm sitting and staring at the statsguru records of all 6 of them for half an hour now and I can't figure out any patterns even if my life depended on it. Can't be about having a substitute runner too, I suppose...

Yes, the second player is Brian Vitori!CrimsonAvenger wrote:The other player has to be one of Shingi / Vitori. Now, what do they have in common? I came across a discussion during the SA v WI Test match about which player had scored the most 5s in Test cricket, and then someone mentioned Andrew Symonds had hit a 7 (a three plus four over-throws) once:
The list could of course be longer, but Cricinfo do not have ball-by-ball records before 2005, so this reduces it to recent players.gav: "I remember Andy Symonds hitting a seven" ----- And he is not alone Gav. Michael Clarke, Chris Rogers, Tatenda Taibu and Brian Vitori have all done it once, with a little help from the opposition fielders.

Don't think I deserve a point there, just for guessing the names. The connection was more important
. While foreignfield reviews awarding the point to me, here's the next question...
411. Which Zimbabwean International comes to mind when you see this photo?
