Curran was looking entirely comfortable up to that point.
Just felt he could have gone foward to that, pitched in the footmark.
He was looking so good. How can you not score a big one when in such form? Curran would be kicking himself.

Don't want to jinx him but Kaitano has looked good so far. I would have liked to see Myers in at 4, he is also an aggressive player and the cushion of having Raza, Williams and Ervine would have been good for Kaitano and Myers to play together.

Now of Raza gets out, Zimbabwe are in serious trouble.

So many of our guys sweep like that, almost leaning back so your hands cant get round your pads. Shot was on, but he took his eye off it and weight not thru the shot.

Eeish he was looking good.
If you're not a master of the sweep just don't play it, so much can go wrong.

These two need a 50 run partnership to put pressure on Afghans.

Once Zimbabwe cross 150 or so with wickets in hand, the pressure will be on Afghanistan.

Gumbie 56 runs @14 and Kaitano 72 runs @18 is just not good enough. Myers needs to show something here , time to repay the faith that has been shown to him by the selectors.

I'm tired of us giving our wickets away. Surely there has got to be a couple of changes for when he face Ireland
