Your Best First XI
Re: Your Best First XI
There is likely to be a hell of a lot of consistency. A good chance the same faces will be in most teams. Except the one with Maruma and Chari in it.

I'm in SA, foreignfield, since 2008 but I'll take that as a complimentforeignfield wrote: ↑Tue Oct 17, 2017 7:25 amMaybe the non-native fans are only more visible due to the comparativly small number of native fans?eugene wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2017 7:12 pmIs it possible Zimbabwe has more non-native fans than any other test playing country?CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2017 3:42 pmRight, an Aussie creates a thread on Zim first XI and an Englishman, an Indian, a South African, a Bangladeshi and a New Zealander sign up. We await the resident Aussies, German and Tajikistani to complete the line up![]()
Anyway, I'd much like to see the XIs of our real and resident Zimbos, like Googly or Conant--so I'll pass.

Another clarification because I've had a few messages about this:
- You can select anyone in the team as captain (doesn't have to be people who have captained a Test)
- Players can bat at any position (they don't have to have batted there in a Test before)

Venue doesn't matter for this one, just pick the all round best team.

It seems people are taking this very seriously, and they should: It could be the greatest prize yet here at ZCF in terms of who's got the biggest and best "My XI". Bragging rights are on the line, gentlemen ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
