Is it me or are we consistently underperforming since Butcher has taken over as coach, the team lacks character, besides Price there is no passion or desire...
Our bowlers have been found out and contrary to what many of you write about having world class bowlers I'm afraid to say we DO NOT have world class bowlers nor batters....absolutely not, granted playing more competitive games against the better nations would be very helpful but we simply do not have a world class player, we just arent good enough and our fielding in my opinion well below par, with the domestic scene in such good shape it is disheartening to see such inept performances.....

I feel so angry, feel like throwing my TV outta the window, Maybe with all bad things comes a silver lining, Hopefully the side will be ripped up post world cup and we get some decent pacers in the side ( chatara) I liked the look of masacadza Junior who was selected in the initial squad of 15 but who isnt playing, I thought he looked like a proper wicketaker against south africa albeit expensive.
mpofu is supposed to be our most experienced seamer yet seems like a perrenial underachiever, when sides attack him he seems to lose his action and just run up and land it rather than aproper follow through

Oh my goodness, 5 quick wickets. Now if only we can get them to do this in the first 5 overs rather than the last 5........

Before the Ireland chase SL had the world cup record of chasing highest score successfully. That was made against Zimbabwe at New Plymouth. King Flower scored 115* in his debut match and Zim 312. A person died of heart attack in Asia listening to the thriller on radio.Time to take the REVENGE

Well i suppose the best we can hope for is a win, stands to reason thats highly unlikely. So what we should probably be looking for is respect. That we can only get with a solid batting effort. 250+ is going to be needed. Only problem is that i can't see who's going to make the runs. We don't have much confidence in our top order and instead of bringing in a batsman we have brought in another pace bowler, well that didn't work at all. So we are a batsman short with a big chase coming. Doesn't inspire confidence.
