Williams still expensive. Why not bring on Nyumbu if we're just using a spinner to "tie up" an end?

Dean du Plessis isn't happy with the pitch:
TB being the Trent Bridge pitch they recently escaped penalties for, I'd assume.@ICC I strongly suggest you take a look at this pitch. It's like batting on gravel. The TB pitch was good compared this one.

DuPlessis gets his 2nd life dropped at short leg …..
That's two lives now for Faf you just can't give quality players chances they will make you pay …..

Seems like an overreaction. The pitch is fine, it was prepared to negate the SA seamers and it did that to perfection.maehara wrote:Dean du Plessis isn't happy with the pitch:

For anyone watching the Ganguly documentary on Ten Action instead of live coverage, burnt generator cable in Harare, should be back on air in about 20mins.

Yeah, I'd agree with you on that. Think they've done a good job of using the pitch the help make sure it's a contest.brmtaylor.com admin wrote:Seems like an overreaction. The pitch is fine, it was prepared to negate the SA seamers and it did that to perfection.

Only problem is now our seamers are not effective …..

I guess the possibility of conceding 700 declared was considered a lesser evil then being rolled for 40.jaybro wrote:maehara wrote:Yeah, I'd agree with you on that. Sounds like Chatara is bowling to a plan, try and draw Faf into reaching to cut well outside off.
