I believe that cricket is a mind game , and 90% of the activity takes place in the head . And what happens in Zimbabwe is players are not focused on the game but on salaries , future etc . The formation of a player association will see the team performance significantly improving . As the case last year , Mountaineers players were getting salaries late , or they did not get what they deserved . i believe it was administrators who led to players like Mark Vermulean left cricket .

Bump,
This is a good thread that needs to be looked at and read again.
1/ the emergence of Flash_G in full flight... Flash, if you are reading please reply, will be pleased to chat to you offline, you were interesting. Also your 5 year projection is 6 months away. What are your thoughts 90 percent into it?

2/ was also good to see a pre-troll HHM in the mix. The newer guys can see he was a decent poster at one point. Note the nice words he had about Cremer.... If anyone still thinks 2013- hhm is a serious poster, just have a read at his older stuff like we saw here.

3/ all forumites were in the ball. PS what ever happened to Maweni?

Thanks for bumping this thread. Flash_g and the old hhm were very interesting. I had my suspicions about who flash_g was but could never confirm them.

Just now saw ! ...frantically wondering what could have caused such a paradigm shift in his tone in a span of less than a year!

Yeah, hhm used to post lineups that were predominantly white. These days not even AB de Villiers and Dale Steyn can make his proposed lineups.
