Anyway, Flash G you're a lawyer with a lousy attitude to your client's privacy. Maybe you thought that kind of attitude will get you brownie points around these parts but it didn't. There's nothing wrong you claiming that a certain player (unnamed) has certain specified problems etc OR that Williams (named) has certain unspecified personal problems. Our concern around here was cricket and his unavailability to play and not his libido.
The second point is: if all ZC is having is cashflow problems, why then are players so unhappy or so unsympathetic that one of their seniors has to air such views publicly? Is ZC insolvent? Or is there corruption? Are they misusing funds? And why are players not being paid appearance fees as scheduled when they are expected to appear as scheduled?
Boundary raises a good point. As I said earlier, I doubt a lawyer would use a public forum to discuss a clients legal issues.
Anyone who says that there was no corruption within ZC is either naive or lying. The KPMG audit said there were financial irregularities that couldn't be explained by ZC. While no smoking gun was found, there was certainly evidence of missing money.
