Re: [Match Thread] Zimbabwe v South Africa: Only Test
This is incredibly disciplined bowling by Zimbabwe. Regardless of the result from here, Zimbabwe have really stood up to the number 1 ranked side in the world. Hopefully this will have a flow on effect with the other areas of cricket within the country like attracting sponsors, maybe enticing a few players back to the game etc. They have already exceeded my expectations for this game.

Reasonable crowd in now it seems. The highlights from yesterday showed a great crowd towards the end of the day, it looked like the grassy banks were pretty much full.
Nyumbu taking a bit of stick here from de Kock. I'd like to just tie SA up for a few more overs, and maybe attack on the last 3 or 4. There's no point throwing away what has been an otherwise good day by conceding 20 or 30 needlessly now.

Spinners are leaking runs. This is very annoying, the bowlers were keeping things tight up until about 20 minutes ago. Don't want to see them hit 200 today...
I'd bring back Panyangara and Chatara and let them run in with the old ball. Let them continue tomorrow and if there's no wicket after two or three overs, take the new ball.
