It looks like Douglas Marillier. The bowler is Ajit Agarkar, I guess, it's from the match which was won by Zimbabwe for the heroics of Marillier. Looks like he has just hit a boundary.

You are right about the match. That was the Marillier game against India. In fact, he has just won the match for his team in this pic, and the bowler is the legendary Anil Kumble. But most of the stick was reserved to Zaheer Khan, and by the time Kumble came on to bowl the last over, Marillier had pretty much sealed it from a virtually impossible position.

Yes...Just found...It was the picture when Anil Kumble was sledging Marillier after he hit the winning runs in the last over for Zimbabwe. It was the 1st ODI in Faridabad and Zimbabwe won the match by 1 run.
