Moor's has just achieved his ODI score :)
But boy is he struggling right now. In a really bad time in the game too.

Chakabva might need to farm the strike here.

Very tough situation for Moor. He is not known as lower order power hitter.

It's a bit painful to watch at the moment. He needs to start throwing the bat at it.

:4: to Chakabva

In hindsight this should've been the batting line up for this match:

Masakadza
Sibanda
Taylor
Moor
Mire
Chakabva
Chigumbura
Maruma
Madziva
Chatara
Kamungozi

Well at least Moor, as he moves to 7, won't have the ignominy of being outscored by Maruma.

It looks like how close we go rests on how quickly Chakabva can accelerate.

Any theories on why Zimbabwe suffer so spectacularly from batting collapses? I don't think any other side loss the plot like Zimbabwe. They never seem to lose 1 wicket, it's nearly always in batches of 2/3. Is it just poor batters, poor coaching, poor mindset? Don't believe it's experience, most of the guys are around a lot.

Must be very frustrating for a fan knowing 114/2 can very easily become 125/7!

Campbell just backed you up on that. Criticising whoever chose the batting order, saying Chakabva and Moor aren't used to this situation.

Chakabva goes in pursuit of boundaries. The stage is well and truly set for a backs-against-the-wall Moormania inspired victory now, with that he's the last recognised batsman.
