Guy Croxford seems to be in that lost generation of Zimbabwean cricketers along with Campbell McMillan, Conan Brewer, Andrew Durham, and a few others. A whole bunch of young cricketers seemed to leave the scene and presumably move overseas in the early 2000s.

I noticed that about 2 months back. All their photos were taken in the same time period, and like you say they all just disappeared. Very strange. Perhaps thy forsaw the events that would come upon Zimbabwean Cricket.

Those photos were from the photocall for the relevant u19 world cup.

The early 2000s were when the farm seizures program was at its peak. I am sure that lead many white cricketers to decide they had no future in Zimbabwe. Andrew Durham was a big loss, he was at one point touted as the next Heath Streak.
