So, Jarvis knocks the top order over again. 4 more wickets.

Well, it is hard to make a case to say he is under-performing.

10! Double figures?! That must be a cumulative score surely?

5 for Jarvis. 21 wickets in 3 games. Interested to see how the next three go.

CD vs Cantebury scorecard

Clearly Tom Latham wasn't done with spanking Jarvis in the ODIs against Zim! He's feasting again in this one - on Jarvis' & his fellow replacement bowlers too, and they've handed the young man his first century in any format! From what I've seen - it won't be longer than two years before he plays Tests for NZ, fantastic talent!

For all those who continue to claim the Plunkett Shield is superior to the Logan Cup, the script remains the same - senior players like Fulton, who couldn't cut it at international level, are unperturbed by these attacks while the national team is away!

I would love it if the Logan Cup improved to the stage where it was of a superior quality to the Plunkett shield, but it just isn't Hhm. Is it really worth arguing such nonsense (even pro-Zim as it is in this case) just so you can diminish Jarvis' achievements?

He would make that argument himself, but clearly hasn't succeeded as easily in the Logan Cup now has he. Apart from the Rocks bring me some evidence!

Perhaps Jarvis is better suited to NZ conditions, perhaps he is just bowling better at the moment. There are so many variables. I will always nack the NZ domestic competition over the Zimbabwean domestic competition for the simple fact that NZ produces cricketers of a higher skill and ability level.
