Barney Rogers seems to have gone completely out of picture. Sad, was expecting a lot from him on his return

I don't think that Barney Rogers made a return to domestic cricket to press his national selection. It is believed that he has got an another job besides being a professional cricket and probably for that reason he was contracted to play only List A matches as it revealed in previous threads by zimfan1.

It's indeed sad. He was one of the my favourite players also and I liked to watch his batting technique. I rated him as the future Alistair Campbell of Zimbabwe...

It is a shame but i understand why he is not in the side as if he has a job he would not be able to train with the side in the week and it blocks talant coming through.

Eagles 50/2 with Butterworth and Mutizwa at the crease, once again Shringai Maskadza getting wickets, i think the time has come to see if this guy has what it takes at international level.
