A pretty strange looking scorecard has just appeared on cricinfo, as happens regularly when a Zim side is playing

It shows Zim as having been dismissed for 147 from 39 overs after having won the toss. Yvonne Rainsford top scored with 37, Precious Marange 22, Sinikiwe Mpofu 13 and Sharne Mayers 12, extras helped out with 30.

No fall of wickets as yet or any info on the Scotland innings although the game should be all over and done with by now.

Let's hope the Zim bowling was better than the batting today.

Looks like you just beat me to it Maehara

Just catching it while they were uploading the data, by the looks of it - I was sitting here hitting 'refresh' and typing up the scores for here.

Good win for the ladies - maybe those hopes of reaching the final aren't so far-fetched after all. Now, if they could just work on the extras...!

Pakistan beat Ireland by 57 runs in the other match in the group - that should leave Zim top of the group on Net Run Rate.

Congratulations to the ladies, I expect that Pakistan will be a much harder proposition in the next match but this is a very good result and should be enjoyed.

..and right you were. Zim are 44/7 after 30 overs - can't see them winning this one.

I'd like to think our bowling isn't so bad that Pakistan could get 50+ off 4 legal balls. Although you never can tell...! :)

A pretty heavy defeat but most certainly not in the Bermuda league.

Pakistan are a far more experienced side so the outcome is not really a surprise, the ladies just need to get back to basics against Ireland and show that they can learn from their experiences.
